We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time 3rd Shift Bakery Clerk to assist with overnight bakery production and preparation. This position is responsible for baking, packaging, stocking, and maintaining fresh bakery products while ensuring a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during overnight hours.

• Bakeand prepare bakery products according tocompany recipes and production schedules.
• Package, label, anddate products accurately.
• Stock bakery displays and backroom inventory forthe following day'sbusiness.
• Monitor product quality and remove outdated or damaged items.
• Maintain cleanliness andsanitationof bakery equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, andcompany operating procedures.
• Receive and organize bakery deliveries asneeded.
• Assist with inventorycounts and reportlow stock levels.
• Safely operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers,slicers, and wrapping machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support bakery operations.

• Part-time
• Overnight (3rd Shift)
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Typical shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (or as scheduled).

• High school diplomaorequivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention todetail and time management skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Basicmath and communication skills.

• Ability to standand walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pullup to 50pounds.
• Bend, reach, twist, and climbas needed throughout the shift.
• Work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
