Job Overview

Brookdale South Bay is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in South Kingstown, RI for full‑time and per diem shifts, including 11 p.m.–7 a.m. and flexible per‑diem hours. The role provides personalized care to seniors and supports resident status updates.

• Full‑time: 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Per diem (flexible)

• Assist residents with daily living activities (showering, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Provide care and support during meals.
• Check and document vital signs and perform clinical procedures per community policy.
• Communicate resident status updates to community management at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain State CNA/STNA certification.

• State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Successful completion of required course and ongoing credential maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to providing compassionate care.

Base pay range determined by skills and experience. Temporary associates are eligible for 401(k) but not other benefits.
