Wellness Nurse - LPN

Brookdale South Bay, a 66‑apartment Assisted Living Community in South Kingstown, RI, is hiring an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). The role includes caring for residents in a supportive environment.

• Part‑time, 3rd shift, 11 p.m.–7 a.m. (includes every other weekend)
• Per diem positions available

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health and well‑being while administering treatment plans prescribed by a physician; coordinate with providers and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor responses to treatment plans and notify the resident care coordinator or executive director of any issues.
• Maintain an LPN or LVN license per state regulations.
