Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter grounds, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site-specific protocols for entry, exits, and restricted areas while maintaining a professional presence;
Support day-to-day operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and communicating with staff regarding security-related issues and/or unusual activity
