Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access-related concerns, visitor interactions, and/or directional support as needed;
Support Allied Universal and location staff during medical-related emergencies, alarms, and/or other urgent events by following post instructions and communicating updates in a timely manner
