Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.;
Assist with access control activities by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access as directed, and reporting access concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
