RoleSummary
The Relief Chef / Catering Manager will provide cover in the Wakefield and Barnsley area to support our existing site‑based teams. The position is term‑time only, Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week, and no weekends. It is ideal for those seeking flexibility and requires that you have your own transport.
Key Details- Salary: £14.00 per hour
- Schedule:
30 hours per week, Monday – Friday - Term: 38 weeks per year (academic year)
- Location:
Wakefield and Barnsley (mobile‑based) - Transport:
Own vehicle required
- Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
- Ensure all locations meet statutory and company requirements for Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
- Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service and consistently exceed client and customer expectations.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the location, supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans.
