Provide excellent customer service attending to guest rooms and public areas in accordance with our Quality Standards. Responsible for cleaning and doing laundry within the hotel, lakeside inn, cabins, bathrooms, and grounds. While similar to Housekeeping we are looking for someone open to also help in all public areas, restrooms, and be able to drive both company vehicles and golf carts.

• Follows detailed duties worksheet assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Clean check-outs and stay-overs, including changing sheets and towels, emptying trash, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming and waxing according to procedures
• Report damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor, turn in all lost and found items to Management
• Notify Management and Maintenance of any repairs
• Stock personal cart daily with cleaning supplies, guest supplies and linens, alert supervisor if supplies run low
• Unload cart of dirty linens and trash at end of shift
• Assist in the unloading of linens (delivered by truck) bi-weekly
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning projects as assigned

• Attention to detail and organization
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
• Comfortable working inside and outside, walking around the property throughout the dayMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required
• Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
  
  One (1) year of housekeeping experience preferred Resort/National Park experience preferred
