US as a General Maintenance II, responsible for maintaining campgrounds and other recreational areas. This position offers a 35‑40 hour workweek with compensation ranging from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Location:

South Lake Tahoe, CA. You will work at Lake Tahoe Hospitality LLC – Basin, maintaining scenic campgrounds and supporting the local community.

Summary:

The primary objective of the General Maintenance II role is to provide proper care for campgrounds and other use areas through maintenance of grounds and facilities. The maintenance technician works under direct supervision of the assigned manager.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring daily maintenance requirements are met—including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mowing, weed trimming, cleaning, landscaping, facility repair, and other general maintenance tasks within assigned areas.
  • Maintaining and servicing equipment, ensuring all company equipment is operable and safe.
  • Picking up trash throughout recreation areas, roadsides, and campgrounds.
  • Keeping trash barrels emptied and surrounding areas neat and clean.
  • Informing the supervisor of specific maintenance needs, facility and building requirements, and supply levels.
  • Assisting hosts with miscellaneous duties as needed.
  • Providing courteous and respectful service to customers and visitors.
Requirements
  • Basic mechanical skills and facility maintenance knowledge.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn all company and partnering agency policies and guidelines.
  • Availability for duty during weekends, holidays, and peak visitation periods. Weekly schedules will be coordinated with local management.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly, following instructions accurately.
  • Possession of an RV, trailer, rig, or manufactured converted van may be required; must be fully contained.
