Maintains a constant flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room

• Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
  Assists Waitpersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests.
  Deliver food to guests using standards fine dining etiquette
• Adhere to the principles of basic food service, delivering hot food hot and cold food
  cold.
  Familiarizes self with all food items on both printed and daily menus.
• Adheres to proper food safety and sanitation standards.
  Completes assigned side work as directed.
• Maintain excellent communication with the expeditor

• High School graduate preferred
• 2 years front of house fine dining experience preferred

• Literacy and fluency in English
• Above average communication and interactive skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

• Ability to constantly lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to frequently lift and carry large, heavy banquet trays and beverage trays weighing up to 60 lbs
• Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 90 lbs
• Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas
• Ability grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
• Ability to hear and use visual inspection
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs

environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
