We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician with a strong background in boiler and heating control systems who is keen to help drive our business forward into the renewable energy sector.

This is more than just an installation role. We are looking for someone who understands traditional heating systems and is excited about the future of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Smart Energy Technologies. The right candidate will play a key part in expanding our renewable offering and helping us grow the business.

Responsibilities

* Install, wire, test, and commission boiler and heating control systems.

* Diagnose and rectify faults on domestic heating systems.

* Install and commission smart heating controls.

* Assist with the design and installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems.

* Support Solar PV and battery storage installations.

* Conduct site surveys and provide technical input on renewable projects.

* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

* Help identify opportunities for business growth and service development.

Requirements

* Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.

* Proven experience with boiler wiring, heating controls, and fault finding.

* Strong understanding of domestic heating systems.

* Interest in renewable technologies and sustainable energy solutions.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

* Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, or battery storage systems.

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

* Inspection & Testing qualifications.

* Experience with Hive, Nest, Tado, and other smart control systems.
