The successful candidate will provide high-quality flight and ground instruction to student pilots while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to join our flight training team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality flight and ground instruction to student pilots while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. This position offers the opportunity to mentor future aviators in a supportive and professional training environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA Part 141 regulations and approved training curricula.
  • Prepare students for FAA knowledge tests, practical tests, and proficiency checks.
  • Maintain accurate student training records and documentation.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure aircraft are airworthy prior to each flight by conducting thorough preflight inspections.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to all company policies and FAA regulations.
  • Coordinate training schedules with students and administrative staff.
  • Participate in instructor standardization meetings and continuing education programs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with students, staff, and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certificate Single Engine Land.
  • Current FAA Medical Certificate (as required for flight duties).
  • Current Flight Review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to aviation safety and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificate.
  • Previous flight instruction or Part 141 training experience.
  • Experience with flight training management software.
