A. Paquette, PLC, is a growing estate planning and probate law firm located in downtown South Lyon. We are looking for an organized and people-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients to join our winning team!
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, can balance multiple priorities, and takes pride in their work. You’ll interact with clients daily, so active listening and clear communication are key. You’ll be managing phones, appointments, and administrative tasks to keep the front of the office running smoothly at the front of the office.

- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and routing incoming phone calls
- Conduct initial intake calls with prospective clients, gathering information with empathy and care
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries for fit and guide them toward scheduling an initial consultation with a member of the team
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments on the calendar system via phone, email, and text
- Assist with new client onboarding and paperwork collection
- Receive, sort, and process daily mail
- Maintain reception area and set up the conference room for meetings
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
- Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, copying, etc.)
- Support other team members as needed
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a professional office performing administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a "clients first" mindset
- Law firm experience
- Experience with CRM or case management software
Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly depending on experience
