Position: Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects throughout South Lyon, MI, from bid award to final completion.
• Prepare precise estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals for asphalt and paving scopes.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, and field progress to maximize efficiency and profitability.
