As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in South Lyon, MI.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as a customer‑focused ambassador, knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction with all business decisions.
  • Show expertise in managing risk, assessing all associated risks, and supporting PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work Experience
