Our Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are more than just caregivers—they are friends and companions to our guests. By building relationships with patients, families, and the clinical team, CNAs help recognize changes in mood and behavior that may indicate potential medical issues.

We are located only 5 miles from I-96 and 15 minutes from Novi.

• Starting wage $19.15 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full time or part time

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, morning and evening oral care, shaving, and dressing.
• Record and document nutritional intake, vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting patient well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program; current Michigan CNA certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
