• LPN Starting Rate: $30.15 per hour

• 8 hour shifts include rotating weekends & holidays
• Part Time – Day Shift

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• A current practical nursing (LPN) license in the state of Michigan and current CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans, implementing effective nursing care, rehabilitation, and developing solutions to complex problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• A team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
