Registered Nurse RN

Registered Nurse RN - $39.55 per hour (South Lyon, MI)

Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team, providing specialized care to patients across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and benefits:

Overtime after 8 hours

Scheduling:

• 8‑hour shifts (includes rotating weekends & holidays)
• Part‑time available
• Afternoons needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including urinary care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care to promote the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  Michigan Registered Nurse RN License; current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care & rehabilitation, and develop solutions to challenging well‑being issues
• Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
