Overview
Join our South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab team! Our Nursing Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. We build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. Our CNAs notice changes in mood and behavior, supporting the clinical team in recognizing potential medical issues. Nursing Assistants are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.
Location700 Reynold Sweet Parkway, South Lyon, MI 48178. Our facility is located 5 miles from I‑96 and 15 minutes from Novi.
Compensation & Benefits- Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
- Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour (hazard pay)

- 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full‑time or part‑time
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing.
- Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification from the State of Michigan (CNA required).
- Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team‑player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
