Our CNAs notice changes in mood and behavior, supporting the clinical team in recognizing potential medical issues. Nursing Assistants are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
• Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour (hazard pay)

• 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification from the State of Michigan (CNA required).
• Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
