Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Your starting wage begins at $19.15 per hour, with the current hourly rate set at $22.55. Additional hero pay of $3.40 per hour and yearly wage increases are available.

• 8‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full time or part time

• Perform and document patient care per individualized care plans (bathing, skin care, oral care, dressing, etc.).
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors.

• CNA nursing assistant certification required (must be current).
• Completed an approved nurse aide training program.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Dedicated team player committed to delivering passionate, innovative care.
