Our client seeking a Test Technician to support Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) testing in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment. In this role, you will help evaluate automotive seating components and systems by setting up, conducting, and documenting test activities that support product development, validation, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Set up and execute NVH testing on automotive seating systems and components.
• Collect, document, and communicate test results accurately.
• Operate test equipment, instrumentation, and laboratory systems.
• Support product validation and engineering development activities.
• Troubleshoot test setups and equipment as needed.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety procedures and testing standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Test Technician in automotive or a related industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience working with test equipment and instrumentation.
• Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more unassisted.

• Associate Degree in a technical field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering Technology.
• Experience testing automotive seats or seating components.
• Knowledge of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) testing methods.
• Experience with MB Dynamics, MTS systems, or similar testing platforms.
• Understanding of automotive validation and testing processes.

Competitive pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
