- Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including backhoes, dump trucks, snow plows, tractors and lawn mowers
- Perform essential street and building maintenance
- Assist with general construction projects across city properites
- Install and repair water and sewer infrastructure
- Maintain parks, trails, and landscaped area to keep our community clean, safe and welcoming
- High School diploma or GED
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Must be legally able to work in U.S.
- Current and valid State of Michigan CDL (B) driver license (air brake endorsement)- preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CDL B with air brake endorsement within 6 months of hire
