The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

Eaton's Power Reliability Division is looking for an Electronic Controls Project Leader to help shape the future of power management solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through the development and delivery of innovative electronic controls, relay, and switch gear products—from concept through launch. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility and offers a hybrid work schedule.

• Lead medium- to large-scale NPI and VAVE projects from concept through launch.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Partner with product owners and development teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Drive collaboration across software, firmware, hardware, testing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent use of project management best practices, metrics, and reporting.
• Provide regular updates on project health, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to business and divisional leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in project leadership and/or product development

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies, processes, and tools
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams in new product development.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, multi-core processors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of power systems, switch gear, relay, or control products preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
