Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will assist manufacturing engineers in deploying continuous improvement and lean initiatives, maintain standard work documentation, and lead Kaizen events.
The role also supports Deep How, tooling changes, and project actions to drive process excellence. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years manufacturing experience, and proficiency with MS Office; US work authorization is required.
