Electrical Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift

Now Hiring – 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift Electrical Assembly Technicians

Aerotek is hiring immediately for electrical and mechanical assemblers on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift in Franklin, WI! Assemblers will be working in teams of 2-4 to manufacture drives and transformers. This is a fast-paced company that will continue to expand.

Job Description:

• Read wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints
• Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames
• Insert electronic drives
• Point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing
• Final assemblies

Must-Have Skills &

Qualifications:

• 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• 1 year of hand and power tool experience
• 1 year of following blueprints or schematics

Shift

Schedule:

1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday

2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
