MESG Team e’s South Shore in Cudahy, WI. This 28-bed inpatient unit specializes in caring for older adults—primarily patients aged 70 and above—while also serving individuals of all ages with cardiac and neurological conditions. Gain experience managing congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, strokes, TIAs, seizures, and more in a dynamic environment with diverse patient needs and compassionate care focus.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• New grads welcomed!
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
