Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is hiring an IRIS Consultant in the Milwaukee area. This is a hybrid, full-time position with 40 hours per week, working 8 AM to 5 PM, and requires 30–50% travel to surrounding areas.
You will empower participants to live independently by supporting IRIS plans, maintaining eligibility, and coordinating with ADRCs. The ICA team will help you navigate community resources and ensure health and safety for participants.
