Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 3-5 years HR experience.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Experience with an HRIS programs preferred
  • Able to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task
  • Must have experience in ATS and payroll systems, Oracle Recruit, Kronos, UKG Dimensions
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Payroll Administration
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Performs benefit administration duties to include enrollment, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Responds to employee relations issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor.
  • Participate in recruitment activities (i.e., career fairs, open houses, etc.)
  • Oversees full cycle hiring; including recruitment, onboarding paperwork, and new hire check‑ins for assigned population.
  • Manages Relias training to ensure compliance.
  • Assists with hosting New Employee Orientation to create a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Assist with FMLA, Work Comp, and ADA as needed.
  • Hosts employee events (i.e. summer picnic, fall fest, employee celebrations etc)
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Director.
