We are searching for a full-time Tax & Audit Administrative Coordinator to join our firm. This role will be based in Naperville.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package – including health, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD insurances, and 401(k) match. Our starting paid time off is 4 weeks.

We provide a competitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000, with final offer determined by experience, education and other factors. Offers are not typically made at the top of the range to allow growth.

Essential job duties Tax Support
  • Provide administrative assistance by scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, email correspondence, and client interactions in person.
  • Organize and scan client work papers and interact through the client portal.
  • Assist in copying and assembling tax returns and organizing relevant materials and data.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records related to tax filings and other tax matters.
  • Assist in tracking important deadlines to ensure tax filings are completed on time.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Audit Support
  • Process incoming audit confirmations.
  • Assist in producing audit reports issued to each client.
  • Provide administrative support to the audit team with ad hoc projects.
Position Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe experience required.
  • 0‑3 years of tax or audit experience.
  • Experience with Ultra Tax or Quick Books is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to meet quick deadlines.
  • Proficient attention to detail.
  • Willing to work additional hours during heavier tax seasons.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter.
