The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as a Data Coordinator/Secretary. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and communication capabilities. - Prepares various forms and reports of team statistics, exercising judgment in conducting involved searches by accessing various sources of information.
- Serves as secretary to the unit.
- Utilizing the ability to integrate applications and prepare comprehensive reports, data tables, charts, and graphs, develops weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for the Administrator.
- Provides general clerical support for the Administrator as assigned.
- Serves as timekeeper.
- Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience.
