Part-Time Bookkeeper Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking to fill a STAFF POSITION Part-Time key employee for our small office in Downers Grove. (APPROX 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK)

Candidate will work with our team on the following tasks:

- Bookkeeper/Accountant - Using both Quick Books Online and Quick Books Desktop for bill payments, charges, deposits and invoicing, and Management Reporting. Previous Quick Books experience is NECESSARY.

We are an 13 year old company with a solid business reputation in the area. Comfortable office environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Inventory Ordering and Management.
• Submit semi-monthly payroll to third party processor.
• Working with the President on Special Projects and Reports.
• Necessary skills are working knowledge of Outlook and Excel. Good organizational and communication skills.
• Daytime Hours can be flexible to accommodate schedule.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Previous experience in an office setting, utilizing organizational and time management skills.
