About

the role

As the Sales Director at Aspiritech, you will lead, coach, and scale our sales organization while driving consistent and sustainable revenue growth. You will balance responsibilities between hands-on leadership of the sales team, strategic oversight of pipeline and process, and cross-functional partnership with Marketing and Operations. Beyond team management, you will act as a strategic driver of Aspiritech’s market presence—ensuring strong client relationships, effective sales strategies, and alignment with organizational growth goals.

This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and shape the future of Aspiritech’s go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Coaching
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy discussions, and skill development sessions.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth
  • Own responsibility for achieving and exceeding annual sales targets, including new business and expansions.
  • Translate company growth objectives into team quotas and sales strategies.
  • Drive sales excellence across all service lines, including software QA testing, digital accessibility testing, cybersecurity, managed IT services, data services, and AI/LLM offerings.
Pipeline & Process Management
  • Oversee the full sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress efficiently through each stage.
  • Implement best practices to shorten deal cycles, improve win rates, and increase average deal size.
  • Partner with Marketing to define, qualify, and convert high-quality leads into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CGO on go-to-market strategies, industry vertical focus, and account-based selling approaches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to adjust sales tactics and positioning.
  • Support sales integration and expansion initiatives associated with new acquisitions.
  • Work closely with Marketing on demand generation, campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and effective handoffs.
Relationship Building
  • Work alongside the sales team to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Represent Aspiritech at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
About You
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience selling professional services to technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in technology or professional services (IT, software testing, cybersecurity, or related fields).
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Skilled in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM tools such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to shorten deal cycles through consultative selling, negotiation, and effective deal strategy.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in at least one target vertical.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
