** Job Description
**** Mission:
** To guarantee that all the products, materials, and services necessary for project execution are available and meet the required quality standards, while being acquired at the best possible cost.
** Functions:
*** Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for subcontractors by analyzing technical and commercial documentation.
* Coordinate with other departments to develop the project procurement strategy.
* Analyzing quotes and generating technical and economic comparison tables.
* Negotiating with suppliers.
* Placing orders.
* Global search, management and evaluation of suppliers.
* Supplier evaluation and report generation using KPIs and data to optimize processes.
* Price and trend analysis.
** Required Skills and Competencies**
* *
* Experience:

** At least 7 years of experience managing procurement
* Degree in:
Architecture, Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or a similar technical background.
* Proficiency in the fundamental concepts and practical applications of artificial intelligence.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Experience with SAP, Jaggaer, Power BI and other procurement tools is advantageous.
* Previous experience in the cultural/interior design sector is also advantageous.
* Availability to travel for periods of 1–2 weeks.
* Analytical mindset and experience of working with data analysis tools.
