Role Summary | Equity Partner

As an Equity Partner, you will purchase an ownership stake in Enventure and become a steward of the firm’s growth. You will lead capital formation, originate succession‑driven deals, scale advisory engagements, and drive transformational value creation across our portfolio.

You will help architect a multi‑fund, multi‑practice, cross‑border platform.

You will shape the firm’s future.

You will represent Enventure at the highest levels of capital, industry, and influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Raising & Investor Development
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, Fund‑of‑Funds, Institutional LPs, and high‑net‑worth networks.
    • Commitments into Enventure’s buyout funds, co‑investments, and strategic vehicles.
    • Serve as a senior representative at private wealth events, LP meetings, and cross‑border summits.
    • Build repeatable, scalable capital formation engine using Enventure’s differentiated strategy.
  • Deal Origination & Succession Pipeline Leadership
    • Source proprietary, off‑market opportunities in family‑owned and founder‑led businesses.
    • Assist owners navigating succession, partial exits, or modernization.
    • Lead assessments, investment theses, financial modeling, and structuring.
    • Partner with operators, advisors, and domain experts to progress deals through diligence.
  • Advisory & Value Creation Leadership (Value Edge™)
    • Lead transformation engagements across governance, operations, digital, and AI.
    • Drive measurable value: EBITDA uplift, operational efficiency, cost takeout, throughput increases, and modernization.
    • Monetize advisory both as consulting revenue and as alpha creation for PE investments.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, management teams, and boards.
  • Firm Building & Cross‑Border Expansion
    • Expand Enventure’s footprint across your geography, sectors, and networks.
    • Mentor senior associates and future partners.
    • Lead market visibility, thought leadership, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
    • Contribute to long‑term firm strategy, governance, and culture.
  • Ideal Partner Profile

    Experience (20+ years preferred)

    • Private Equity / Family Office Investing / Search Funds
    • Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY‑P, etc.)
    • Investment Banking / Corporate Development
    • Family Business Advisory, Turnarounds, or Transformation Leadership
