Senior Business Process Consultant

Duration: 12 months

Pay range: $60-$67/hr

Location:
Naperville, IL 60540 (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Partner with Business Analysts and SMEs to execute Year 1 of the Client’s Commercial Lending Operations multi-year improvement plan.

Key focus areas include:

• Straight Through Processing (STP)
• Process Simplification
• Data Integrity improvements
• Implementation of AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Collaborate with Project Delivery and Senior Leadership to develop future-year initiatives.

• Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions leveraging AI and RPA.
• Provide operations expertise from business case development through execution.
• Deliver projects aligned with overall group and enterprise goals.
• Lead Lean process improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases, HLRDs, project charters, and status reporting.
• Conduct cost-benefit, volume, product, and attribute analysis.
• Perform current and future state process mapping.
• Define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Lead change management including stakeholder analysis, communication strategy, and training plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Identify risks, trends, and implementation challenges; recommend solutions.
• Work independently on complex, cross-functional initiatives.

5–7 years of relevant experience with post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).

Strong expertise in:

• Lean Process Improvement
• Volume & Product Analysis
• Attribute Analysis
• Process Mapping (Current & Future State)

Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and influence skills.

• Commercial Lending experience
• Consulting firm experience
