Product Consultant; Pulte Mortgage

• Salary up to $145,000 annually, depending on experience
• Annual bonus based on successful completion of defined performance objectives

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and ensure product competitiveness
• Support the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with agile development teams
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including leadership and users
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify improvement areas

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project experience in strategy development, process design, or management consulting
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking, with knowledge in product and pricing or capital markets preferred
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Agile Scrum education or certification
• PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• Experience in product and pricing, capital markets, or servicing in the mortgage industry
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
