Role Overview This role involves conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit. The position supports the Sales team by processing commercial agreements and acting as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers. The work environment is a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inbound requests for proposals, manage account setup, and gather usage data.
* Manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes to facilitate the bidding process.
* Serve as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
* Engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
* Collaborate with various internal departments and increase awareness of end-to-end processes.
* Provide frequent and consistent communication to leadership on deliverables and status updates.
* Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards for tracking business performance.
* Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also required.
*
* Experience:

** 2 years of relevant experience.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
* Strong research skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting.
* Experience with Power BI and SQL.
