The Illinois Department of Insurance seeks a Marketplace Quality Assurance Analyst to work with the Get Covered Illinois program. Reporting to the Customer Assistance Center Deputy Director, this role improves customer experience by reviewing interactions, identifying trends and risks, supporting escalated cases, and strengthening program performance. The analyst works closely with leadership, vendors, and operational teams in a detail-oriented, analytical capacity.
Keyqualifications:
- Four years of college, preferably in business or public administration
- One year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
- Ability to speak, read and write Spanish at colloquial skill level
- One year of professional experience analyzing and managing complex health care cases with root cause analysis
- One year of professional experience administering high-risk escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolutions
- Background check clearance and ability to travel with overnight stays
