Marketplace Data & Reporting Senior Analyst

The Marketplace Data & Reporting Senior Analyst leads data analysis and reporting efforts for the Get Covered Illinois State-Based Marketplace under the Department of Insurance. This role analyzes enrollment, tax credits, operations, and trends while developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. The Senior Analyst oversees data governance, serves as the primary liaison with IT vendors, and ensures compliance with federal and state marketplace reporting obligations.

• Four years of college preferred with business or public administration courses, plus two years of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
• One year of progressively responsible professional experience in data analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence, dashboard development, or healthcare analytics
• One year of professional experience analyzing software and interactive dashboards to analyze, design, and present complex data clearly
• Three years of professional experience compiling, analyzing, reporting and presenting public data
• One year of professional experience with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Illinois health insurance landscape, and health insurance tax credits
