We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead and manage municipal construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality learning spaces for students and educators.

• Oversee all phases of construction for municipal and K‑12 school projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
• Lead site meetings and collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and school district representatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized job site.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong preference for K‑12 or public sector projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
