What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Osman Construction's exacting quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to implement schedules and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
• Address on-site issues proactively, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to swiftly resolve challenges.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of daily activities, inspections, and project progress.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and the community, representing Osman Construction's reputation for professionalism and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and expectations to project teams and clients.
