You’re the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be out on job sites every day — delivering materials, checking on crews, talking to customers, and solving problems before they become problems. Think of it as the ultimate "figure it out" role. You work with the General Manager, but you own your day. No experience needed. We’ll teach you the construction side.
You just need to show up ready to move.
- Hit multiple job sites daily to check progress, quality, and safety.
- Deliver and pick up materials so crews have what they need, when they need it.
- Travel across your local area. Your truck is your office.
- Keep the General Manager, subcontractors, and customers connected and informed.
- Spot issues early and flag them before they snowball.
- Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Monitor job site safety and make sure everyone’s following the plan.
- Handle reporting and paperwork for completed projects.
- Take on whatever else comes up. Flexibility is the name of the game.
- You’re dependable. When you say you’ll be somewhere, you’re there.
- You pay attention. Details matter on a job site and you don’t miss them.
- You communicate well. You keep people in the loop without being told to.
- You stay organized. Multiple sites, multiple priorities. You handle it.
- You want to learn. No construction experience? No problem. Bring the attitude.
- Spanish speaker? Big plus, but not required.
- You are comfortable on a ladder. You will need to take site photos and document the job progress.
- You are strong. You will need to be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
