• Manage and coordinate all field operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.
• Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, and labor schedules within the project timeline.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards, conducting daily safety checklists and initiating pre-construction safety discussions with subcontractors.
• Lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed field reports, manage project punch lists, and ensure high-quality project completion.
• Engage in critical decision-making and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

• A minimum of ten years' experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family residential and/or commercial construction.
• Must obtain OSHA
  30 and First Aid/CPR certification upon employment.
• Strong knowledge of all construction facets, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff while maintaining excellent safety habits.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, meet critical deadlines, and make agile decisions.
