Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year

We are a well‑established Chicagoland General Contractor delivering ground‑up and complex renovation projects throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Our work spans commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and mixed‑use markets, with a strong base of repeat clients who value consistency, transparency, and execution.

Our Senior Project Managers are trusted leaders—supported by experienced Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers—and given the authority to run their work without unnecessary bureaucracy. We focus on long‑term relationships, well‑planned projects, and building careers, not just filling roles.

• True senior‑level authority:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects)
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management
• Experience leading PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers
• Excellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Procore experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
