Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale data center developments.
The OpportunityReporting to senior leadership, you’ll take full ownership of data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data center construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead contractor procurement activities, including RFP preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Review design documentation and provide constructability, scheduling, and cost feedback.
- Oversee procurement schedules, RFIs, submittals, equipment deliveries, and project documentation.
- Review contractor applications for payment, monitor work progress, and negotiate change orders where required.
- Partner with Health & Safety teams to maintain a safe working environment across all project sites.
- Provide regular progress reports and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of construction experience delivering commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Previous data center construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.
- Experience using project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the United States.
