Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are a top Earthwork Contractor in Chicago seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Track project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasting.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software (e.g., HCSS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
