Location: Naperville, IL
Salary: $80,000–$180,000, depending on experience
Our client, a well-established construction company in the Naperville/Aurora area is looking for an experienced Estimator to join its team. This position will play an important role in developing project pricing and helping the company pursue new business.

Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project information to determine the overall scope of work
- Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for upcoming projects
- Develop detailed project cost estimates and determine appropriate pricing
- Prepare bids and proposals for customers and general contractors
- Communicate with contractors, developers, engineers, vendors, and other project partners
- Previous experience as a Construction Estimator is strongly preferred
- Background in concrete, asphalt, paving, site work, civil construction, or a related field is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction plans and project costs
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus, but relevant industry experience will be considered in place of a degree.
