Senior Superintendent | Construction

We're partnered with a fast-growing, fully integrated real estate company that's looking to add a Senior Superintendent to its Chicago construction team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in overseeing projects from the Developer / Builder side
, working alongside architects, engineers, and consultants to drive successful project execution. You'll gain broader exposure to the decisions that happen before, during, and after construction while still utilizing your technical construction experience.

• 10+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up residential, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, project controls, and construction management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
