The Service BDC Representative assists customers with service appointment scheduling, updates on vehicle status, and retention efforts.

This role requires outstanding phone skills, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

• Follow scripts and communication guidelines for all inbound and outbound calls
• Answer all calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Become proficient with BDC CRM systems; ensure all information is accurate
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Make outbound calls including no-shows, confirmations, marketing follow-ups, declined services, and assigned tasks
• Schedule service appointments accurately and evenly based on shop capacity
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times

• Dealership experience is a plus; customer service experience is a priority
• Must be flexible and available for mandatory Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
• Positive, dependable, and hardworking personality
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well within a team

Compensation: $17.50 per hour paid weekly
